  • Configure: Working collaboratively with your project team, we configure the MITS application and develop electronic interfaces with your enterprise systems and the partner systems.
  • Accept: With your team, we plan and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and deliver training sessions to facilitate complete knowledge transfer.
  • Deliver: Once approved, we roll your solution out into the full production environment, providing a smooth transition to post-production cutover support.

Training

MITS knows that managing the Human Resources and Benefits can be a complex and challenging area of enterprise operations. Our goal is to enable our customers to fully utilize our solutions and accelerate return on investment through comprehensive knowledge transfer.

MITS’s Training team offers regularly-scheduled, self-paced and instructor-led classes as well as the most current versions of user documentation via the MITS Learning Portal. In addition, we conduct customized on-site training with core customer user groups.
