His unique combination of technical skills, strong expertise in strategic marketing and team building has helped MITS to become a leading global provider of Information Technology Services.

Choudhary has extensive experience working with all facets of human resource and benefits management and understands the needs of his customers and the marketplace. In addition, he is extensively involved in helping his customers determine the most cost-effective means to integrate HR & Benefits solutions into their enterprise systems. Chandan Upadhayay (CEO)

Chandan Upadhyay has acquired a broad understanding of the HR and IT industries with specific expertise in business process outsourcing for benefits, human resource programs and information systems implementation.

Today, Chandan drives the vision, thought leadership and strategic initiatives behind MITS's innovative HR technology and delivery solutions.

Chandan co-founded MITS to address a gap in the provider landscape: he felt strongly that the market would soon demand broader HR outsourcing with a focus on using technology to improve service to employees and managers and drive down the cost of delivery.

Prior to founding MITS, Chandan served various roles with some of the World's largest HR outsourcing companies, where he developed and oversaw their outsourcing practices and national service center clients.
